Bodywork

I have a deep, abiding wonder and awe for the human body and it’s lived experiences. I have been working as bodyworker for over 20 years. The work of connecting people to their bodies and the qualities of expansion and spaciousness has been and continues to be incredibly rewarding.

I have technical and intuitive approach to the body which I have honed since I graduated in 2002 from Sutherland Chan massage and bodywork school where I began my practice from a medical foundation.

My bodywork lineage is Swedish massage, with specifications in deep tissue and trigger point therapy. After 20 years, it has of course become my own form and method.

I specialise in prenatal and post natal work and have worked with thousand of pregnant people.I also offer lymphatic drainage, hot stones and other modalities.
