I teach a foundation of Swedish massage workshop for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

I offer somatic embodiment workshops.

I also teach seminars on burn out in company settings for employers who are seeking to create preventative care in work places where employees are encouraged to notice early signs of burn out and take action.
